Shipping Policy
We currently ship within the United States only.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package. No signature is required upon delivery.
We offer flat rate shipping: Standard Shipping (2–5 Business Days); $5 flat fee per pack order.
Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect addresses. If your order is marked as delivered but not received, you must notify us within 7 days of the delivery date to initiate a claim.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind our product and want you to feel confident in trying HappyMynd. That’s why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, simply reach out to our customer support team within 30 days of delivery and we’ll let you know where to return the product to and issue a full product refund to your original payment method. Shipping fee will not be refunded.
How It Works
1. Contact Us – Email support@drinkHappyMynd.com within 30 days of delivery. In this email you must include your name, order number, the date of your purchase, address and reason for return.
2. Return your product – Our HappyMynd Customer Happiness Team will then let you know how and to which address you need to return your product in order to get the refund.
3. Receive Your Refund – Once verified, your refund will be processed within 10-14 business days.
Terms & Conditions
• Applies to first-time purchases of a single pouch per household.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Shipping will not be refunded.
• Bulk orders (more than 2 units) and subscription renewals are not eligible.
• We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of suspected misuse.
Damaged or Defective Products
We take great care in preparing and shipping your order, but if your product arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to make it right.
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Please notify us within 7 days of delivery by contacting us at support@drinkhappymynd.com
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the damaged item and packaging.

Once we review your request, we’ll offer you the option of:
- A replacement at no additional cost, or
- A full refund to your original method of payment.
- Our Customer Happiness Team will inform you what to do with the damaged product.
Important:
- Claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
- Items reported after the 7-day window may not qualify for a refund or replacement.
